RETURN POLICY

While OZKILTS reserves the right to not accept returns for change of mind, or for sizing fit, as we require you to measure before ordering. Our kilts offer most usually upwards of 8 inches of adjustment, so in most cases a fit should be easy to ensure.

We accept returns where a defect is involved that will prevent the normal use of the product for its intended purpose, we will require to be contacted at hello@ozkilts.com for us to discuss the parameters and return details after getting photographic detail of the fault we also may at our leisure opt to arrange to have the kilt repaired, especially if you are very far away overseas. Our kilts are quality and made to last, faults are rare. We also of course follow all legal obligations, laws and requirements regarding returns in your country. We will replace defective products, but you will need to send us first photos of the issue, and return the product after contacting us at your own expense. Note: Our products are hand made, things we consider minor imperfections do not constitute defective products.

We may choose to accept refund for change of mind, in certain circumstances, return postage will be at buyers expense, plus a restocking fee of 50% of the product total as a restocking fee, plus you will need to handle return shipping costs with the product being in new unused condition. Returns only accepted within 14 days of purchase, no exceptions.

DELIVERY POLICY & ESTIMATED TIMEFRAMES

Our kilts are most often dispatched from the warehouse 1-3 days post order (usually 1-2 during normal periods). This may increase during peak periods out of our control such as pandemic, seasonal events, ect. After dispatch from warehouse, shipping/delivery on average takes 1-5 business days in Australia for standard, and 1-2 business days for express. International orders take 3-10 business days standard, and 3-5 business days Express.
